Cross-Platform Design
Native iOS, Android, and web experiences — with deep fluency in platform conventions, mobile-first patterns, and unified design languages.
Implementation-Ready Specs
Producing testable acceptance criteria, annotated handoffs, and interaction documentation that eliminate ambiguity and reduce developer questions.
User Research & Testing
Discovery, heuristic evaluation, usability testing, journey mapping, and translating findings into prioritized, actionable design direction.
Data-Informed Design
Designing enterprise analytics dashboards and real-time visualization systems for complex, high-stakes operational environments.
Subscription & PLG Architecture
Architecting multi-tier subscription flows (Free, Fan+, Athlete+, Pro) with upgrade boundaries, feature gating, and cross-platform behavioral consistency.
Mentorship & Team Development
Elevating team craft through structured critique, design methodology coaching, and building the next generation of UX practitioners — including as Rice University boot camp lead instructor.
AI-Augmented Workflow
Integrating Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor, Notion AI, MidJourney, Sora, Hugging Face, Otter, and Manus across research synthesis, rapid prototyping, asset production, prompt engineering, and delivery documentation — compressing timelines without sacrificing craft.

AthletesGoLive — Multi-Tier Subscription & Live Platform Redesign
Led end-to-end UX strategy for AthletesGoLive 2.0 — a complete platform overhaul spanning live streaming, athlete recruiting profiles, organization/team management, and a four-tier subscription architecture (Free, Fan+, Athlete+, Pro) across iOS, Android, and web.
NOV NOVOS — Reflexive Drilling Process Automation Platform
Designed UX for NOVOS — NOV’s process-automation platform that serves as the intelligence layer between driller and machine. NOVOS can be installed on an existing rig in as little as 12 hours, providing a unified platform for control, monitoring, scheduling, and optimization of drilling operations. Delivered UX that helps drillers step back from repetitive machine control and focus on higher-value decisions.
NOV Max Platform — Enterprise Analytics & Real-Time Visualization
⏳ Case Study Coming SoonSpearheaded UX and UI design for NOV’s Max Platform — an enterprise analytics and real-time visualization system delivering new data analytics capabilities and live drilling data dashboards for global field operations teams. Built and advanced internal design system practices including component standards, critique routines, and UI guidelines that improved cross-platform consistency and accelerated delivery timelines.
Halliburton iCruise CX — Sperry Drilling’s First Mobile App
Designed Sperry Drilling’s first-ever mobile application for the iCruise CX intelligent rotary steerable system — a field-facing iOS/Android tool enabling rig floor engineers to execute precise hydraulic downlink sequences for autonomous directional drilling. Translated highly specialized domain knowledge (flow rates, RPM timing, downlink command taxonomy) into a safety-critical UX across 12+ design iterations.
Halliburton Sperry Drilling — UI Style Guide & Brand Consistency Initiative
Self-initiated sole-lead effort to audit 4 enterprise Sperry Drilling applications (AutoGS, iTom, LOGIX, RoxC Blast), document 12 red variants and 20+ grey shades in active use, and deliver a unified UI Style Guide — adopted by engineering org-wide and approved by Halliburton leadership.
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic — The Pulse Intranet Redesign
Led end-to-end UX from discovery through validation for The Pulse — Kelsey-Seybold’s internal intranet serving 3,000+ nurses, administrators, technicians, and 480 physicians across 25 locations. Defined information architecture, navigation models, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications through MoSCoW-facilitated workshops.
Craft meets

Leadership
“I don’t trade craft for scale — I use systems thinking to do both.”
I’m a Director of UX based in Houston, Texas, with deep roots in enterprise software, consumer sports-tech, and healthcare. My differentiator: I remain hands-on while scaling design influence through systems, mentorship, and operational clarity.
From architecting multi-tier subscription experiences for AthletesGoLive’s mobile platform to delivering NOV’s real-time analytics visualizations and Halliburton’s first mobile directional drilling app — I produce implementation-ready work that reduces engineering ambiguity and accelerates time-to-market.
I also run Wall Werks, a commercial framing and drywall construction company — an operational perspective that uniquely informs my work in enterprise and AEC-adjacent products.

Designing at
AI speed.
“AI doesn’t replace my craft — it compresses timelines so I can do more of it.”
I’ve integrated a full AI-augmented workflow across every phase of UX — from AI-assisted research synthesis and competitive analysis to rapid prototype generation, asset production, and delivery documentation.
This means I can move from insight to implementation-ready spec faster than traditional timelines — without sacrificing the depth of thinking that good UX requires. I use AI as a force multiplier, not a crutch.
Prompt engineering, iterative refinement, and intelligent tooling are now core competencies I bring to every team I join.
Foundation
built right.
